Samenvatting van de beoordelingen
Quilter Aviator Mach 3 Combo is a remarkable amplifier that has completely changed my perspective on solid-state technology. I was initially hesitant to part ways with my beloved tube amps, but the Mach 3 offers an impressive quality that makes me forget about them.
Its sound clarity and warmth are outstanding, with six distinct voice options that truly capture the essence of legendary amps. The “1965” setting is perfect for clean tones, while the “sweet” adds a delightful grit with overdrive. I find the EQ to be exceptionally responsive, allowing for precise sculpting of each sound.
The build quality is excellent and the lightweight design makes it incredibly portable, perfect for gigs and rehearsals. I was amazed at how well it handles pedals, integrating seamlessly with my pedalboard without losing tonal integrity. The direct out option is also fantastic for recording or silent practice.
While the reverb and tremolo are decent, they may not match up to high-end alternatives, but they still perform admirably. The two independent channels are a great feature, allowing for quick switching between clean and overdriven sounds.
Overall, the Quilter Aviator Mach 3 Combo has proven to be a powerful and versatile amplifier that delivers exceptional sound quality, making it a worthy investment for any guitarist looking to embrace modern technology without sacrificing tone.
